Join us at Haymarket for a floral arranging experience led by our Garden Manager, Joseph, alongside Ashbourne flower farmer Claire. Together, they’ll guide you through the quiet art of selecting seasonal stems and shaping them into a self-made floral arrangement in a vase to bring home, just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Your ticket includes a signature sip or non-alcoholic option to enjoy as you work with a curated selection of flowers. Along the way, you’ll pick up thoughtful design techniques and practical tips to carry with you beyond the workshop.
