Made with orange juice, pear cider, and a hint of smoked cinnamon, this updated take on a classic mimosa is a perfectly simple hosting beverage.

Directions:

– Add sugar to a small dish and zest lime and lightly mix into the sugar. One lime for every three tablespoons of sugar is plenty to provide color, aromatics and flavor. Cut the end of your lime and rub the juice onto the portion of the cup you want to add the sugar rim. Gently roll the glass in the sugar.

– Add ¾ to 1 oz of fresh orange juice  

– Top with 1 dropper of Smoked Cinnamon Bitters

– Top your juice with Pere Jules Pear Cider

Crafted with precision, our Kentucky Royale cocktail is a masterful blend of Berry and Beer Syrup, Wise Bird Ashmed’s Colonel Cider, and a touch of Old Forrester Bohemian Bitters. Bramble On

mad house persimmon vinegar

Directions:

Add 1 oz of Berry and Beer Syrup to your flute

Top with Wise Bird Ashmed’s Colonel Cider

Finish with half a dropper of Old Forrester Bohemian Bitters

Garnish with a rosemary skewered berry.

 

Berry and Beer Syrup Instructions:

1 can of Bramble On – Mirror twin cooked with ½ cup of maple sugar, ¼ cup of blackberries (or fruit of choice), one medium size sprig of rosemary, a ¼ tsp of sea salt, and a ¼ tsp of mad house persimmon vinegar (optional)
